Flickr user Sandiv999 has unearthed this beautiful collection of vintage circus posters from the hey day of traveling performers. Taken from many of the state sponsored circuses traveling through Europe during the mid twentieth century, these posters reveal a surprising amount of artistic nous that went into attracting punters.
