The Norwegian Wild Reindeer Pavilion Centre is a radical attempt to re-assess a type of building that has traditionally been overlooked when it comes to design. Snohetta’s overhaul of a lookout for reindeer recently won the main prize at the World Architecture festival in Barcelona.
